“On behalf of our students, staff, administration team and community I want to thank our school board members for your dedication and service. Your work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact is felt every day in our classrooms, our programs and the opportunities we are able to provide our students,” said Page Principal Amy Forman speaking at the TK Board of Education meeting Monday night.
She continued, “You make thoughtful decisions, balance complex responsibilities and always keep our students at the center of your work. Serving on a school board requires time, courage and a deep commitment to public education. We are grateful for your leadership, your willingness to listen and the steady guidance of our district through both challenges and successes. Thank you for believing in our schools, supporting our amazing educators, and advocating for a positive future for all of our students. We truly appreciate all that you do.”
Several Page Student Council members led by teacher Jacki Schneider then presented each board member with a treat-filled TK mug and a card.
Current board members are Derrick Brock, president; Tyler Wenger, vice president; Mark Price, treasurer; Brenda Hess, secretary; Keara Hilton and Katie Stanton, trustees
