Please Be Patient, Be Understanding, Be Safe!

In the afternoon, McFall staff have to take extra time to make sure every student is getting into the correct vehicle. With the volume of people dropping off and picking up students, there are always going to be traffic issues and no easy fixes. The district is working with the Village of Middleville and law enforcement on a more permanent solution to the McFall Main Street traffic situation, but it’s going to take time.

There are also more students than ever walking or riding bicycles or scooters to school. All students, from kindergarten to high school, should be using the crosswalks on West Main Street near Lee, at the intersection of Bender Road and West Main Street, and on Bender Road near Greenwood Street. Motorists must stop if the cross light is lit or if a crossing guard is out. Motorists should always be aware of children as they are crossing or getting ready to cross.

District officials are asking everyone to please have patience, understanding and use caution when driving around children. Please help us keep everyone safe.
