I am a Grand Valley State University graduate.  I grew up in the UP in a very small, but beautiful town right on Lake Superior.  After graduating from Grand Valley and living and working in Grand Rapids, I yearned for a small town atmosphere.  My husband, Durk, and I moved to Middleville in 2003.  I am a mother of 4 children (Zack a 2011 TK graduate, Ashley a sophomore, Carly a freshman and Drake a 6th grader), where the 3 younger keep me running from one sporting event to another all months of the year. In 2015, I began working at Page as the math interventionist.  With my job, I work in every classroom and offer before and after school extra math for our students.  I love the aha moments with understanding math and the confidence that comes with it.
